Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 12 noon PST (and fully paid/approved) typically ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12 noon PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping is available within the United States only.

Axis BioScience is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted, except in cases where Axis BioScience has shipped an incorrect or damaged product.

Cancellations may only be requested prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Optional reship insurance may be offered during checkout for additional protection.
