Refunds & Returns Policy

At Axis BioScience, we prioritize the integrity and quality of our research products. Due to the nature of our materials, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This policy is necessary to ensure the integrity of our products and maintain strict quality control.

Exceptions

The only exceptions are in the rare event that:

The order was shipped incorrectly (wrong item sent), or

The items received are damaged upon arrival.

In such cases, please notify our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement for the affected items after verification.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Reship Protection (Optional)

For additional protection, customers may purchase optional reship insurance at checkout. This covers orders that arrive with an issue. Without this coverage, replacement is not guaranteed beyond the exceptions above.
