All products offered by Axis BioScience are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). This policy defines what RUO means and clarifies the responsibilities of all purchasers.

Intended Use

Axis BioScience products are intended for in vitro laboratory research purposes only.

Products are not drugs, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food items.

Products are not to be used in humans or animals for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes.

Purchaser Responsibilities

By purchasing from Axis BioScience, you agree to handle and use all products in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and all applicable laws and regulations.

Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older.

Purchasers assume all responsibility for ensuring that the products are suitable for their research applications.

Axis BioScience does not provide guidance on dosing, protocols, or clinical applications.

Labeling & Documentation

All products are labeled with “For Research Use Only” and “Not for Human Consumption”.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request to verified research accounts.

Restrictions

Products may not be used for:

Any form of clinical trial, diagnostic test, or therapy in humans or animals.

Compounding, resale, or distribution for purposes outside of laboratory research.

Household or personal use of any kind.

Liability

Purchasers acknowledge and agree that Axis BioScience shall not be held liable for any misuse of products outside of their intended RUO scope.

By completing a purchase, the customer assumes full legal and ethical responsibility for proper handling, storage, and use of the products.
